electronic brain games

These are some things you can do to improve your memory:
• Watch game shows on television and try to answer questions. It has 4 main benefits:
1. Review – you'll remember the things he knew.
2. Practice – the effort to retrieve information unlock routes and get the whole process work better.
3. More knowledge – to learn new things. I have heard that "impedes" the brain and makes it more difficult to find the songs you want. Nonsense – that is to say that athletes should not train because they have so many miles in the legs only. More brain work better sets.
4. Follow-up – you can judge how everyday things are improving.
• What general knowledge crosswords. Everything applies to TV games applies here as well.
• It has been shown to learn to do cryptic crosswords to get smarter, and his memory will benefit everyone else.
• Trivial Pursuit – traditional or DVD versions. The same advantages apply to games like "Scene It".
• Scrabble. It could immediately think of this as a memory game, Scrabble, but it's all about pattern recognition of letters and remember how will go together to form words you've seen or used in the past. There are also mental exercises to know where to put their words to get the highest score, without creating too many opportunities for their opponents.
• IQ tests / quizzes. You can get in books, magazines and websites. They provide a great thought and practice is also a component of direct memory because you'll quickly realize you have found this type of problem before and probably learned a technique to do so. The more questions you attempt, no matter how unsuccessful you remember more. It was said that IQ tests is not really necessary to evaluate intelligence; measuring how practiced you are at doing IQ tests – great! This is what we want here – learning.
• Any other game you can think that makes similar demands on your concentration and memory of the rules and techniques – many card games, chess, hangman, battleships, noughts and crosses (tic tac toe), etc.
One thing you notice in all previous issues – which are essentially "old games" without component "virtual". The key factor is that you think, instead of just reacting to someone else electronic creativity.
An obvious exception is the series for Nintendo DS Brain Training. I have not seen the statistics measuring how it affects memory and reasoning ability, but my personal reaction is that it is a valuable tool.
Another bonus of traditional games is that they tend to have a social aspect – that involve other people while the electronic genre tend to isolate you (yes I know you can play against other people, but is still the primary relationship between you and the machine.)
However, if you find yourself with a deck of playing cards and no cons, try a game solitaire. There are many different versions and most of them require great concentration and memory.
In The next time we will see other things you can do to improve your memory.
