These are some things you can do to improve your memory:

• Watch game shows on television and try to answer questions. It has 4 main benefits:

1. Review – you'll remember the things he knew.

However, if you find yourself with a deck of playing cards and no cons, try a game solitaire. There are many different versions and most of them require great concentration and memory.
